I understand the effect that getting trapped in our stories can have on our sense of self, success and happiness, because I used to be a master storyteller to myself!

I told myself tales of who I was, my strenghts and weaknesses. Believe it or not, sometimes those perceived strengths were just as confining!

They kept me in the same patterns of prioritizing others over myself. I would pride myself on cheerleading for everyone else's success, yet limiting myself with my own stories and self-talk.

Realizing that I have power over my thoughts and how to engage with them, was life changing.

5+ plus years later, I am a seasoned Certified Life Coach and mindfulness trainer helping others go through transformations of their own.
