A: While it’s tempting to tackle everything at once, real change comes from focusing on your biggest priority first. Together, we’ll identify that key goal and get you started.

But here’s the great part—once you begin shifting your patterns, habits, and beliefs, you’ll likely see positive changes spill over into other areas of your life.

Q: How hard is it to schedule time? 🗓️ What if we can’t find a time that works in October?


A: I meet with clients Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM MST.

Once you commit to working with me, I’m committed to finding a time that works for you!

After purchasing your package, you will receive a scheduling link. If the times available don't work for you, email me at jenine@uqmindfulness.com and we'll arrange another time.


If you have special circumstances that require meeting outside of these hours, email me before you commit, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.

Q: What is Voxer, 🙋🏻‍♀️ and how does it help with accountability?


A: Voxer is a free app that’s like a mix of a walkie-talkie, text, and voicemail (but way better than voicemail!). It’s perfect for quick check-ins, sharing your progress, asking questions, or getting a pep talk when you need it.


If you prefer email, we can use that too. But if you like the connection of hearing a real voice or enjoy talking things through out loud, Voxer is a fantastic tool. You’ll have access to me Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM MST, for accountability and support.

Q: Is coaching worth the investment?

A: I get it—there are so many demands on your budget, and you might wonder if coaching is really worth it. Why not just read a book or listen to a podcast? Maybe this time, the changes will finally stick.

The thing is, you’ve probably tried that before, or something similar, only to find that after a week, a day, or even a few hours, you were back to your old habits. Or maybe you lost confidence in your ability to reach your goal.

But think about this: what would it be worth to you if, within the next month, you had the habits and mindset in place to finally make progress toward your goal?

Coaching isn’t just an expense—it’s an investment in your growth, clarity, and long-term success. You’re not just paying for sessions; you’re gaining personalized support, accountability, and tools that create lasting change. And the skills and insights you’ll gain will continue benefiting you long after our time together ends.

Q: Do you have a payment plan 💵?

A: Yes! If you prefer a payment plan, you can pay the first half now and the second half on October 15th.

Q: How do I know this will work for me? 😔 I have a habit of signing up for stuff and not following through.

A: Following through is the hardest part without support! That's why I build in the accountability and unlimited access to me through Voxer and email.

For 30 days, not only will be you building a habit of keeping this goal in your awareness, but I'll be cheering you on and being your accountability partner the whole time! Ultimately it is up to you, but I will do everything within my power to help you be successful.

Q: I'm busy! 🤯 How big of a time commitment is this?

A: The goal isn’t to add more to your plate but to help you choose how to spend your time and energy in ways that support your desired outcome.

Our sessions aren’t about creating long to-do lists. They’re about facilitating the mindset shifts and growth that lead to real change.

In between sessions, you’ll be applying the changes you want to see and taking meaningful (yet realistic) action toward your goals.

My job is to meet you where you are and help you make significant progress by the end of the month.


Here's a reminder of the value of what's included:

  • Two 1:1 Coaching Sessions We'll meet bi-weekly to get on track with built in implementation time. We’ll tackle what feels like your biggest challenges and create clear next steps.
    (60 minutes each, biweekly in October)

  • Follow-Up Notes
    You won't be wondering, "Wait, what was amazing breakthrough I had?" because it will all be in the notes! After each session, key takeaways and next steps will be emailed to you for your reference. They're also great for noticing progress after your last session.

  • Voxer (or Email) Accountability Support
    Change can be hard but also so exciting when you start to make progress! This is why you have unlimited access to me through October to trouble shoot as well as celebrate the successes! I'm just a voxer or email away!

  • Bonus! When I take a first step, I want to get started right away! If you can relate, you'll love this bonus 30-minute strategy session! Use it before your first session to build momentum or after your last session to plan next steps. The choice is yours!
